Upload error Button registration

Hi we still receive upload errors from our clients.

A recent case is a iphone 12 using the photo library.

I am not able to repreduce but I was wondering if you have logging on this. We think one of the attempts was on:

I can repeat this:

When I upload an existing photo that I took with my iPhone, the upload fails. When I upload another image, one that I downloaded to my camera roll, or a PDF from files it works.

When I airdrop a photo from my phone to my computer it is HEIC, in the upload field I see .jpg, could it be related to this?
