Implement the calculation of the integral optical values according to EN 410 #51

When https://github.com/building-envelope-data/database/issues/50 is closed, we can start to implement the calculation of the integral optical values according to EN 410 as a method as a service in graphql.

It would be good to have the option to upload spectral optical data or to use data from the product data network.
