I've updated the changelog and bumped the versions in the manifest files in this commit: 2f4180d019685deb3a88de16865cab3fa6beca7b. Merging this pull request will create a GitHub release and upload any assets that are created as part of the release build.

@christoph-maurer I cannot deploy yet as in production the .NET razor views are not found. I solved this in development as detailed on https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/issues/52248 This is an open .NET issue. I don't know yet if I'll be able to fix this. On monday and tuesday I'm on vacation.
