one with capital F, other lower case f. one with capital R, other with lower case r.

Think it needs to be AirflowRateRange (IFC 4) which already exists in documentation: https://github.com/buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-development/blob/master/docs/properties/a/AirflowRateRange.md
