Updated Ifc file with only ViewDefinition KIT error #114

Fixes to ifc file in UT_Alignment_12d_11

Fixed previous errors but fudged the IfcAlignment.Axis as the schema says it is compulsory but there is no ifc Goemtry for the IfcAlignemnt.
