IFC4.3 Unit tests

Added new UT_SpatialStructure_4 and related UT_Drainagesystem_1 + UT_DrainageSystem_2 with supporting documentation Sorry for merging these unit tests into one pull request. I forgot to branch in my fork...

Unit test

Provides an extended (more complete) project structure for the level crossing storyline. It was agreed with the storyline authors that the provided ifc-file may be used as a skeleton for upcoming unit tests for e.g. drainage (see readme for more info).
