Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, it would just be more clear for users if all wrappers are handled explicitly as wrappers

Describe the solution you'd like When initializing a Brain, there will be no argument for DVS, and the user will be able to specify DVS as an option for the wrapper argument

@desaibhargav Looks like we are nearing 0.5.0 being ready. Would you be able to make these changes this week? Alternatively, I could hand this over to someone else if your schedule is too packed.
