homebrew install should be optional or conditional #1

Not sure if this is already there, but there should be a dialog at the beginning that states what will be installed, and gives the user a yes/no same as the end for the optional tools.

Only thinking of this because Bud doesn't want homebrew unless we can convince him it's safe.

We don't need to preform the installs sans brew, and can just list the dependencies and exit.

Since bud's up and running, and we have other homebrew issues, closing this one.
