I may be barking up the wrong tree here, but in short, hosting the publicly downloadable files on Box gives nearly unusable URLs for the direct links.
Allow me to provide some context. I'm attempting to add Fira to homebrew-cask's font repo at https://github.com/caskroom/homebrew-fonts, which allows users to download and install fonts from the command line.
