Fix errors in README

[DrJosh9000]

• The environment runtime is go1.x provided.al2
• The entrypoint handler is called handler bootstrap
• It's "its", not "it's".

Note that most of the diff is changing to 100 column hard-wrapping. (Markdown is intended to be readable as plain text.)
