Change number of agents per instance with cloudformation parameter #12

The normal elastic template lets use define the number of agents per instance. We're using mac2.metal, which supports 12 vCPUs. We'd like to increase our agents per instance to 12.

How long will it take for you to add that support? Thanks

Hi @elijahchancey thanks for your recent work improving the elastic-ci-stack-for-ec2-mac. There are several competing priorities for us at the moment, so I think the best way to proceed is if you can make a contribution via a PR. We will be glad to merge it.
