I'm setting up agents, and would find it easier to read the config if it were possible to specify tags one per line, rather than as a single CSV.
I'd also find it easier to programmatically add more tags, since all I'd need to do is echo "tag:foo=bar" >> /etc/buildkite-agent/buildkite-agent.cfg" (not that I'm using bash, that's just for illustrative purposes; I'm using config management).
