6 years ago I have a subtly different issue - it's not easy to discover why a job that is in the queue cannot currently run. For example, there are no agents existing (as opposed to idle) that meet the agent targeting rules that the job has.
The issue is mentioned here #341 but it should be called out a specific issue (and my solution probably doesn't make sense).
Basically, when you have a blocked build it is not possible to easily discover which of the builds is blocking an agent.
