Imagine two pipelines and one agent.
You start one pipeline and the icon on the home page turns animated yellow. Whilst the first pipeline is running you start the second one.
Because there is only agent the second agent is in a blocked/pending state. However the icon on the home screen does not change.
It should show the animated grey icon.
