It would be awfully convenient to be able to attach some semi-structured metadata to pipeline definitions, in the same way that resource tags in AWS work, or labels in GCE.
We'd use these to denote things like owner, team, creator, support-channel, product-group, affects-production?, location-in-source-control, etc etc.
It would be great to then also be able to see those elsewhere in the site (like the pipeline list, etc), and filter / search via them.
