When I am in the Pipeline Settings page on the Teams tab adding access to teams, the Team List modal dialog appears to only show some of teams available. When I scroll this list, it isn't clear that there are more teams available (such as Everyone).
It might be sensible to communicate to the user that the list is not complete. Possibly add some hint text at the bottom of the list suggesting to use the 'search all teams' field to search for other teams that aren't in the initial list?
