Delete SNS subscriptions in queue cleaner tool #58

Turns out we left behind SNS subscriptions along with queues, so this removes them too in the cleaner tool.

Not perhaps relevant here but there are also a lot of buildkite-AgentLifecycleTopic subscriptions left behind ...
