Remove extraneous properties from triggerStep #90

👋 Howdy!

Poking through this and I found what I think might be some copy-pasta from the outer triggerStep definition (seeing as how these don't make as much sense and aren't documented on https://buildkite.com/docs/pipelines/trigger-step)
