This PR adds a new step that captures screenshots of pipeline previews and uploads them to DatoCMS for use as og:image tags.

Highlights:

Screenshots are captured using Puppeteer
Screenshots are only captured during builds run on main
Screenshots are uploaded as Buildkite artifacts
All DatoCMS uploads are replaced 👈 potential optimisation to be made here.

Some notes on the output images:

Step header fonts don't currently render quite as nicely for linux
Some emojis look stretched – this looks like a rendering bug on certain browsers.
Images are currently output at 1200x630 – the recommended og:image size.
