Sync categories from templates repository #51

Move categories into the templates repository with a script to publish into DatoCMS. This keeps the entire dev workflow contained within this repository and hopefully makes adding new templates/categories a relatively simple task.

I think this is slightly better than having to jump into Dato... 🤔

Worth noting, removing a category still requires action in Dato.

With some of the changes to frontmatter and searching this change isn't so relevant. It might come back if we find another layer of validation is necessary.
