Move template footer into page layout #88

This change pulls the replicated template footer from individual README's in preparation for relocating it into the page layout.

You can then play around with the pipeline settings. For example, run the pipeline locally while you iterate on the definition or set a schedule to trigger a nightly build.

Cool. If we merge this and skip the automated deployment, then it can all happen at once.
