Update IaC template titles #96

After adding CDK (https://github.com/buildkite/templates/pull/79) I've reworked the IaC titles a bit to make them hopefully easier to understand.

non-blocking: should we change the title in the example README, from Deploy to CI/CD, as well?

This might help to set the scene for the style of copywriting we're encouraging from the contributors.
