pkg.go.dev does not recognize your LICENSE #103

https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/buildkite/terminal/cmd/terminal-to-html claims that your LICENSE file is unrecognized. I think this may be due to the prefix lines you have:

MIT License

which are not present in the official license text.
