This adds a (currently failing!) test case for foreground and background colour interactions.

This exposes the error reported in #36.

@ticky Heya! See commit - this was due to incorrect HTML handling.

Had to update one of the test fixtures, but it still "looks" correct if I view it, so I'm confident that this is a fix.
