Add conda installation note #22

This extens the installation instructions to also include conda since buildkite-test-collector is now available on conda-forge (feedstock, package)

Entirely optional, feel free to close in case you'd only want to officially support PyPi

Thanks for the PR, most appreciated! At this stage we'll just support PyPi as there are other package managers beyond Conda that we'd also need to support if we added this.
