Similar to https://github.com/buildkite/test-collector-python/issues/7 it would be great for the plugin to honour the BUILDKITE_ANALYTICS_DEBUG_ENABLED env variable and be less verbose by default.

I'm not 100% sure that this is a good idea, however @phildionne went to the trouble of making a PR which usually indicates a reasonable level of discomfort with the status quo. I'm inclined to approve it.
