feat(buildog): confirmation button with long press #96

Made a custom button for the edit user dialog which allows user to verify their action by holding on the button. We currently have no issue for this task and it currently is not ready to merge I will add a minimal error text for informing the user if they hold on the button for a really short time (or click on it) and move the component under the packages/ui.
