installer crashes on win 7 (64-Bit) #33

The installer crashes after completing the installation and right before BarterDEX is opening. Appearing on Windows 7 64-Bit. Even deinstall and/or reboot doesn't affect this error.

wasn't able to reproduce with the latest version
