auto split utxo pair for trading value and tx fee #47

1 utxo pair: a) 1 KMD, b) 1/777KMD = 0.0013 KMD

It will be better, if marketmaker automatically splits the fund from 1 tx. Users just need to send any amount of balance to start trading. GUI can do it using withdraw function.
