Hi @aclark4life @gotcha @icemac @jimfulton @leorochael @reinout @tlotze @icemac @tseaver

You are all maintainers of Buildout on PyPI https://pypi.org/project/zc.buildout/

I would like to get PyPI rights (account maurits) so I can make releases. @icemac would be happy to give me access but he can't as he is only a maintainer.

Who of you is Owner of the project on PyPI and can grant me access?

It could also be good to move this project to the zope PyPI organisation. Then everyone from that group (currently Michael, Tres, Jens Vagelpohl, and me) could make releases. If that would be fine, then if someone promotes @icemac or @tseaver to Owner, they can move the project to the organisation. Existing owners/maintainers would keep their rights.

Also, if you would like to be removed as maintainer on PyPI because you are no longer involved with Buildout, you can request so now. It means less chance of getting pulled into issues such as this in the future. :-)

Done.

tseaver was already owner, i've added icemac: moving to the zope org sounds handy. I didn't know there was an "organisation" thingy on pypi, so thanks for the hint as that sounds useful for my work :-)

Thanks for the PypI invite.

I have released 3.1.1: https://pypi.org/project/zc.buildout/3.1.1/

Last time I checked, PyPI organizations wasn't ready yet, but cool idea!

tseaver commented 1 month ago

I'd be fine with moving the PyPI project to the zope organization there.

@jimfulton as the original author, would you like to chime in?
