Prune unused packages and non-Go files #14

./cf/bin/test cflinuxfs2 passed, let me know if there are more tests I should run to be sure this doesn't break something.

Hey @ImJasonH,

We've opted to keep the repos in this org public to maximize transparency, but we don't have a CLA process yet, so we're not quite ready to merge outside contributions. Apologies for the inconvenience -- we hope to address this ASAP.

Oh no worries. You can do this change yourself by changing your Gopkg.toml and running dep ensure. I'm not sure why these options aren't just the defaults but 🤷‍♂️
