Should we document analyze? It's necessary to make re-builds super quick.

@sclevine I haven't figured out how to run analyze. I'm getting:

2018/08/29 15:32:58 Error: failed to parse arguments

I'll look into it, but let me know if you know what's wrong off the top of your head.

We may want to move this to the lifecycle README, given https://github.com/buildpack/lifecycle/pull/14 and #27 .
