Leave deprecated "repository" field for old versions of pack

@dgodd heads up, this will conflict with https://github.com/buildpack/packs/pull/22. I can update the PR, but i'm not sure about how these fields are used

@jkutner It appears you have already changed that PR? Hopefully you are also happy to see this change, I believe you were one of the people requesting this change to the spec?

@dgodd yup yup, although i don't think i really understood what i was asking for :P
