Some feedback from the Working Group meeting last week (10/13)

• Add a section to describe how do we propose to handle the slack channel migration
• Describe how to handle trademarks and wordmarks from logos and stuff like that
• Add in the governance section how the RFC process (kpack has their own process) is going to be handle

I'm requesting changes to ensure the lazy consensus model doesn't bit me. In particular, I need to see:

• What companies are participating in kpack as contributors? How diverse is the team?

I added a Contributions section with the distribution of PRs from VMware and outside VMware

• Who are the adopters of kpack?

I added an Adopter section

• Who and how many team members are we looking at adding to CNB?

I added a table with the members of the kpack team that are willing to be added into CNB (Yael and me) are already part of CNB but we are also in the table

Update Yesterday the Governance.md was merged, I think we are ready again to review the requirements for the donation Phase 1

We do have contributors but I missed specifying them. I will update the project, because it is important to define the contributor role.

Just for help others: I took the original governance template document from CNCF, but there is another one I can use to define the contributor role.
