This is currently block on a limitation based on the conditional tasks that are being executed (task/buildpacks vs task/buildpacks-phases). There is a TEP that should resolve the current limitation. Although, there may also be some clever solutions to the problem prior to the TEP being implemented.
Similar to the work on https://github.com/buildpacks/tekton-integration/pull/22, we'd want to provide results on the pipeline.
