specify level of detail when importing timing data

To limit data storage, allow to specify the level of detail when importing timing and build data :

• minimal : only get build(job) data, with total time, import no (sub)stages
• basic : minimal + stages (no substages)
• full : basic + substages
• extended : full + custom timestamps
