Cache Keen.io query results for generating badges

store badge data class (repo, timeframe, query type, timestamp, validity, hash)
check for existing and valid cached data before querying, using hash and timestamp
cache in memory (local, memcached, Redis, ...)
cache in database (SQL or noSQL)
