Reload defaults not working?

Issue description

I'm not really sure what to add here. I am trying to reload all the defaults, and my taskbar is still small, all the icons are still aligned to the left, it just looks horrible.

How to reproduce this issue?

Install Change taskbar icons to small
Align to the left Decide you don't like it Reload defaults watch as your taskbar is not default
