Same problem here. Windows 10 Pro v2004 1920 x 1080 150%
Please check the latest release https://github.com/builtbybel/bloatbox/releases/tag/0.12.5 Maybe fixed :bowtie:
Thanks, but still no Uninstall button. I do have the "Show System apps" option, but nothing at the bottom of "Apps & features"...
I've tried every variation of resolution and scale, but still can't see the Uninstall.
This is strange :flushed: 1920 x 1140 x 24 BPP, 200% and everything is right here. At least a scrollbar should appear. I will take another look
I don't think it has to do with resolution or scale. I tried them all, at least all that i could on my system.
Can you try this Bloatbox.zip
Still no joy, but there was a slight change. Check out the sliver of a horizontal scroll bar across the bottom of the "Apps & features" area.
I can see it  Please, another try. Bloatbox.zip
No joy. Now I'm missing the "Show System apps" option too...
Mindboggling :unamused: Show System apps should be back again? Bloatbox.zip
I dont even know if its a layout bug. No matter how i turn it it works for me it just works with every imaginable resolution and setting in the VS IDE
"Show System apps" is back, and the sliver of horizontal scroll bar. No uninstall button.
I'm done for today. I'm will to continue to experiment with you tomorrow, but two questions:
1) Does this use Powershell to remove the apps? 2) What does "Start fresh if your Windows 10 is loaded with Bloatware" mean or do?
but this behaviour is only noticeable at a DPI of 150% (but with different resoultions) right?
Does this use Powershell to remove the apps?
Exactly
What does "Start fresh if your Windows 10 is loaded with Bloatware" mean or do?
It just loads a preset of "recommended" bloatware apps to the right removal panel/list. Nothing bad will happen

No Uninstall button at any scale. I tried 100, 125, 150, 200. And also resolutions down into three digits.
I had previously tried it on my Lenovo laptop: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/thinkpad-x1/X1-Carbon-Gen-7/p/20R1S0M000. As noted, I couldn't see the Uninstall button.
This morning I tried it on my HP Pavilion desktop system. It worked:
Pls note someone else had the same problem, so it isn't just my laptop config.
From the screen shots, it looks like you have the application window maximized, and the uninstall button is displaying behind the taskbar.
Have you tried reducing the window (the double-square icon in the upper right corner) and resizing it so it fits in the area above the task bar?
Alternatively you can experiment with right-clicking the taskbar, selecting taskbar settings and ticking Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode.
I had this problem this morning. Minimizing did not work or rotating my tablet to portrait. I changed my screen res from 1920x1200 to 1600x900 and the unistall button showed up after I closed and reopened.

Thanks for your numerous feedback. But i just can't figure it out. I've tried to reproduce on 8 Desktop PCs and 4 Tablets with colleagues and everything was visible everywhere.
I am waiting for further feedback from others - maybe. The smallest things always cause the most problems :grinning:

Minimizing has no affect:
God, I'm so easy to get involved in these things... OK, folks here is going to be a mind blower

On my Lenovo laptop, I run their recommended 1920x1080 resolution at a 150% scale. Per supastarv's quoted reply above, I changed specifically to 1600x900 which gave me a 100% scale. Bloatbox worked:
I've tried three other resolutions, and it won't work on any of them! BUT, if I set the scale to 100% it will work with any resolution!!! TA DA! : P

I knew it was working at scale 100% or there would have been a lot more complaining. :grinning:
Do you see the red button here? You can press it, nothing bad either will happen  Bloatbox.zip

you're not getting out of here until it works
I love this. Yes, and everything on the Internet is true!
Do you see the red button here? You can press it, nothing bad either will happen 😁 Bloatbox.zip
But I did, the test button works at my 150% scale:
let's swap out those buttons. The red button uses now the same location and color as the original Uninstall switch Bloatbox.zip
Interesting... Maybe an artifact of the tablet version of Windows then. Is this a Surface Pro or something?

Nope:
When I get home tomorrow, I'll take another look. I have the 10002001378468340 idea :D :(
You've got to solve this so you can stop obsessing !!!
Plus, I really like the program when I can use it. I tried it on a couple of apps and it works. I used to use the Powershell prompt and:
DISM /Online /Remove-ProvisionedAppxPackage /PackageName:PACKAGENAME
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Name | Remove-AppxPackage

this bothered me deeply :confounded: I was finally able to recreate it on a Surface Pro and Lenovo Yoga Now I've got it, please check the release https://github.com/builtbybel/bloatbox/releases/tag/0.13.0
Thanks for not giving up on the prob./me
You are almost there! Maximized, it works on my 150% laptop:
Minimized, with no scroll available, no go:

the Windows Form just doesn't fit on your Desktop. Try to reduce the form window a little bit in size. I've got that too at 150% scaling.
Yep, that did it. It runs maximized and minimized (as long as the form window fits). Congratulations and thanks!
The uninstall button in the central section on the bottom is not displayed in some resolutions. A scrolling bar or moving the uninstall button on the top could solve the issue Windows 10 Pro 2004 2560x1440 200%
