After using the start fresh feature and hand-selecting from those programs what to remove and what to keep. I then used the Optional feature option. After the computer restart, one of my hard drives is now locked and I cannot access it. As you can imagine I am extremely irate about this issue.
I have tried changing the letter, using programs, restarting the computer, disabling and enabling the specific hard drive, using the windows repair system on a boot USB stick, and now turning to here.
I ran another chkdsk /r through cmd. And I woke up to it being fixed. So not sure how the program locked the hard drive, and wouldn't let me unlock it.
