Add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\TextInput -> AllowLinguisticDataCollection to HandwritingData.cs in Privacy section...

hopefully can help towards Issue #55
