Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When creating an event using the createOrUpdateEvent you can't choose a color

Describe the solution you'd like Add support for setting events colors

Additional context There's a close issue regarding this feature https://github.com/builttoroam/device_calendar/issues/265 that was closed
This is a basic feature and should be included in this library

All maintainers of this repo are extremely low on time at the moment. We would gladly review a pull request, if someone implements this feature.
