Resistor value precision is too low #2796

Setting the value of a resistor, precision is set to 2 digit after dot. So for 
example, it is possible to set 715 Ohm but not 7.15kOhm.
It is a real problem for 0.1% resistors.

What version of Fritzing are you using? On what operating system?
Fritzing 0.8.3 on Windows 7.
