Gerber-Export behavior differs in new version #2832

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export gerber file with old (0.8.3) and new (0.8.5) version 
2. Look at the gerber files.

Attach your sketch file and/or custom part files to the bug report.
o.k.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect output like in the old versions.

What version of Fritzing are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.5 on Mac OS X (10.9.1)

Please provide any additional information below.
The pcb outline seems to be slightly misplaced in new version.

The difference is on the contour and silkscreen layers. I think this was due to 
a change in the rectangle pcb part, but further investigation required.

r98f6c474a080. Template svgs had been edited with illustrator, which mangled 
the stroke-width attribute.
