Silkscreen bottom SMD components not flipped. #2837

See attached, PCB view.  All the components were put on the bottom layer, but 
notice that the silkscreen labels are not (or if they are, they have not been 
flipped, they should be mirrored when viewed from top).

Hmm, this seems to not be happening any more when moving components to the 
other side on a new board.  Possible I did something weird.  Maybe not a bug.

If you duplicate one of the parts with the wrong-way label, the label on the 
new part is also wrong--so the bug seems consistent. I haven't been able to 
find the recipe to replicate the problem either, but seems like there's a bug 
somewhere.
