Unusual DRC violation (incorrect I believe) #2838

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

See image.

Capacitor C7 is conflicting with the traces which are connected to itself. I
can't work out why this would be, nothing I do seems to change it.

fzz attached

I agree this is incorrect. I was able to work around it by deleting the
capacitor, placing a new one, and redrawing the traces.

The drc seems to be assigning both traces to C7 connector0 to one net (as
expected), but is not counting c7 connector0 as part of that net; the same
applies to the traces to c7 connector1: the traces are one net, yet c7
connector1 is not.

Further investigation required.

this issue is the happens because there is an capacitor of the same typ on the
top side and this one is on the bottom side. sending it to the top will stop
the drc-error message.
