Arduino Pro Mini v13 on the grid placement shift

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place Arduino Pro Mini v13 component on breadboard
2. Rotate it
3.

 Fritzing 0.8.5 WIN XP 32

Looks like the part is registering to one of the connectors in the top row 
(GND), which is on a different grid than the connectors along the sides. This 
is related to issue #2808, about adding the ability to change a part's 
registration point.

For a workaround you can turn off align to grid under the View menu. Note that 
placing this part on the breadboard is problematic because it will connect 
adjacent connectors on the part that you most likely do not want to connect.
