Increase timeout to allow larger uploads #2923

Large fzz uploads currently lead to a timeout.

Showing two different symptoms:

no.1

Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at fab.fritzing.org Port 80

no.2

Error 503 Service Unavailable
Service Unavailable
Guru Meditation:
XID: 490225426
Varnish cache server
