ic on bottom layer #2959

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the atmega328 ic
2. send to bottom layer
3. pin-names flip, 1st rect-connector flips, wires flipping two

-> we really have to find out whats the reason for this problem.
having an smd-ic on bottom, causes much trouble too. i guess something is wrong 
with the "bottom"-layer.

find out it was a bug inside the pcb-svg of the core atmega328 part. is fixed 
now
