What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use a jumper wire and try to make it longer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of Fritzing are you using? On what operating system?
latest fritzing version 0.9.0 bda4e 2014-06-11 Cocoa [qt5.3.1]

Please provide any additional information below.
previous version to this it was easy to make a jumper larger, now its 
impossible.

also a problem in windows 7 64bit 

it seems to be a bug with the new qt-version.

Downloaded 13-09-2014, QT 5.2.1 version
jumpers cannot be resized normally, but if you rotate it with the button on the 
red toolbar below the PCB view, then you can resize it :)
